Challenge
A legacy settlement stack was clearing trades in batches overnight, blocking Quantomate from onboarding institutional clients who required intraday reconciliation.
Solution
We rebuilt the core ledger as an event-sourced service, added a real-time risk layer, and shipped an operator dashboard the treasury team now runs the business from.

Challenge
Dispatchers planned routes by hand across spreadsheets, and fuel spend rose faster than revenue as the fleet grew past 400 vehicles.
Solution
We built a prediction service combining historic telemetry with an LLM planning layer, surfaced through a dispatch console that proposes and explains each route change.
